KAPUSKASING WEIGHTLIFTING CLUB
Olympic Weightlifting is a sport consisting of the snatch and clean and jerk, both of which CrossFit has incorporated into its training system. These lifts are unique in their ability to increase fitness due to the fact that they are technical and complex. Our Olympic Weightlifting class is a 60 minute class focused solely on improving these two lifts.
